Alzheimer's Texas is aware of the restrictions that are placed due to COVID-19. It has created much uncertainty in our organization as well as many others. Out of an abundance of concern for everyone's safety and to avoid any risk of infection related to the COVID-19 virus, the Alzheimer's Symposium is cancelling the face-to-face portion of its scheduled symposium and moving to a published proceeding within a virtual environment.
The details of the change to the symposium are being worked out at this time. The first result of this change is that the Symposium is proceeding with a virtual platform on September 25, 2020 from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. Details on this will be forthcoming.
